Prospect Research Forum: Pipeline Management

This will be a face to face in London. Following the positive feedback on the smaller group format we have adopted, we will be continuing with that for this next event. There will be an attendance limit of 12 people. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable to get involved in the conversation.

Pipeline Management

Come and join an interactive discussion on reviewing fundraiser’s pipelines and beginning the implementation of regular pipeline reviews to enable fundraisers to streamline and more efficiently manage their prospects and donors.

We have just begun this process at UNICEF UK, creating a qualification matrix and uniform definitions of the cultivation types and stages; and analysing the lapsed prospects and donors to streamline pipelines to enable more efficient and effective fundraising. Stage two will see the implementation of regular pipeline reviews to ensure efficiency going forward.
