In a recent survey, 66% of business leaders said they experienced miscommunication at least once a day. And 100% of knowledge workers at least once per week.

In our crazy-busy workplace, the opportunity for frustration and miscommunication rises dramatically.  Studies show we’re much worse at getting our point across over email than we think.
