During this collaborative and interactive workshop we will explore:

• Different types of privilege and why recognising our privileges is important.
• How privilege can unconsciously impact recruitment processes.
• Practical steps we can take to be mindful of privilege to ensure an inclusive recruitment process.

Our aim is to leave you with practical tips and advice from us and other participating delegates to implement into your processes.
