With over 30 years recruitment experience, Jayne became CEO of TPP in 2008 after spending many years running a successful desk and managing teams. Do a job you love and it does not feel like work resonates strongly and Jayne believes that the best recruiters are those who genuinely care and enjoy what they do. She is incredibly proud of the TPP Team and the passion we all have for the sector and our profession. Jayne alongside Tracey, our COO have championed a blended way of working where our colleagues enjoy flexibility and hybrid working, an environment where people can be their authentic self at work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Jayne is also a carer in her personal life, an Advisor for Home-Start Elmbridge, a besotted dog-mum and graduate of UCL’s 10kSB programme.
