Gemma has over 23 years working in recruitment, starting her career in recruitment as a Temporary Controller on a busy commercial desk and then as a permanent Consultant. Gemma was promoted into a management role in 2008, managing a team of 5 consultants. Gemma enjoyed the mix of hands on recruitment and supporting Consultants to be the best they can be. Joining TPP in 2018 as a Business Manager within the Office and Specialist Support team, and since being promoted to Senior Business Manager, Gemma works on permanent and contract recruitment.
In Gemma’s spare time, she is kept busy by her 11 year old son.
Why did you join TPP?
I was made redundant and TPP was highly recommended to me as a great employer. They showed flexibility and support from the start.
Your greatest achievement?
Having my son – he has brought so much joy
